We are looking for team player who have the ability to predict possible changes in customer needs, collect and analyze information, offer both healthy and delicious natural foods that can meet the needs of their customers, and constantly increase quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Introducing and presenting the kitchen daily plans and sales to the team in the department, ensuring that the questions and needs of the guests are answered appropriately
  • To provide a professional and effective service within the determined standards and to control it
  • Presenting a daily report to the Restaurant Manager
  • To be able to advise and assist the senior position in changing the recipes of the food and beverages on the menu
  • Ability to identify the training needs of team members and train their team
  • Being able to take on the responsibilities of a sub-position when the task requires it
  • To handle the complaints of our guests according to the guest complaint evaluation report and to act in coordination with their managers
  • To ensure the cleanliness and order of the working areas
  • Participating in the necessary studies for the execution of the FoodSafety System
  • To comply with and apply all the standards of the restaurant
  • To learn about the preferences of our guests regarding the menu
  • Making sure that the orders are prepared correctly before the service
  • To have information about all the products used by the restaurant for service
  • Comply with the restaurant's fire, health and safety rules and standards
  • At least 3 years of restaurant experience
  • Preferably university graduate
  • Having a career goal in the food and beverage industry
  • Experienced in planning and organizational analysis
  • Having knowledge of international food, beverage and bar service standards
  • Developed team management and organizational skills
  • Welcoming

  • His/her diction is correct, presentable
  • Competent in problem solving and decision making
  • Having a good command of guest satisfaction, welcome and hospitality principles
