Restaurant Manager

We are looking for team player who have the ability to predict possible changes in customer needs, collect and analyze information, offer both healthy and delicious natural foods that can meet the needs of their customers, and constantly increase quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Managing all operational / financial activities of the restaurant
  • To ensure the general functioning of the restaurant, to follow the budget and income / expense flow, to prepare weekly reports (sales, cost control, loss, etc.) and to report to the relevant units
  • To ensure that the necessary preparations are complete before the opening/ service; to check whether the works specified in the opening, closing and weekly checklists are fulfilled, to ensure that they are fulfilled
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of their team; always prioritizing employee happiness and belonging
  • Coaching and leading the team
  • Creating the weekly work schedule of the team, making the relevant entries to the system and following them, ensuring their harmonious work
  • Keeping customer satisfaction at the best level with "food safety, hygiene, quality, service and speed" and constantly increasing it
  • To represent the brand in the best possible way
  • University graduate (preferably Business Administrations or Tourism and Hotel Management Department, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of Food and Beverage (preferably in the restaurant or food industry)
  • Have knowledge of the general operation of the restaurant
  • Able to work in shift system
  • Inclined to team work and successful in team management
  • Giving importance to professional and personal development
  • Business and result oriented
  • High communication skills
  • Developed planning and organizational skills
  • Having knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene rules
  • Able to use MS Office programs at a good level
  • Intermediate level of English
